Telltale and Co-Publishing Partner PM Studios Reignite The Wolf Among Us 2, Coming in 2027, and Reveal The Wolf Among Us Remastered, Slated for Holiday 2026.

Following its live reveal at Summer Game Fest, Telltale and co-publisher PM Studios®, officially presented The Wolf Among Us 2, the long-awaited continuation of the award-winning narrative thriller inspired by the celebrated FABLES comic series from DC Comics’ Vertigo imprint, coming in 2027. And, in a surprise announcement, The Wolf Among Us Remastered was revealed, arriving in time for the holiday season this year.
The Big Bad Wolf Returns – The Wolf Among Us 2
Set only five months after the events of the original game, The Wolf Among Us 2 returns players to the shadowy streets of Fabletown, where fairytale characters live hidden among humans in modern-day New York. As tensions rise and long-simmering power struggles threaten to erupt, Snow White struggles to maintain order while new forces move to reshape the city’s underworld.
When a brutal series of crimes threatens to fracture the fragile balance holding Fabletown together, Bigby Wolf, sheriff of Fabletown, finds himself drawn into a dangerous conspiracy that reaches deep into the city’s criminal underworld. As suspicion spreads across the city and powerful forces work against him, Bigby must uncover the truth and decide what kind of sheriff - and what kind of wolf - he is willing to become.
Celebrating an Award-Winning Legacy
The Wolf Among Us Remastered is a celebration of one of Telltale’s most critically-acclaimed and genre-defining titles. Rebuilt and refined for a new generation, this edition introduces players to the world of Fabletown, while welcoming longtime fans back to where it all began: Bigby’s first case, where a grisly murder reveals that something far darker is lurking beneath the surface of the city. Across five episodes - Episode 1: Faith, Episode 2: Smoke and Mirrors, Episode 3: A Crooked Mile, Episode 4: In Sheep’s Clothing, and Episode 5: Cry Wolf - players investigate crimes, question suspects, and make difficult choices that shape the course of the story in a mature noir thriller where every decision matters.
To honor the original story experience, Telltale has brought Fabletown to life again through enhanced visuals, refined character and environment presentation, an updated user interface, improved accessibility features, and technical enhancements including upgraded animation, audio, resolution and framerate improvements. In addition, players will have access to more than an hour of bonus content featuring behind-the-scenes videos, cast interviews, image galleries, and deleted scenes exploring the creation of the noir classic.
Through the partnership, PM Studios is supporting global publishing, distribution, and go-to-market efforts for both The Wolf Among Us Remastered and The Wolf Among Us 2, helping bring the beloved franchise to players worldwide while Telltale continues to lead creative development and narrative direction for the series.

The Wolf Among Us Remastered will be available this Holiday 2026 on PC via Steam and the Epic Store, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation® 5, Nintendo Switch™ 2 and Nintendo Switch™, bringing the beloved story to modern platforms for the first time. Physical editions will follow later this holiday season.
