An all-new story trailer for The Wolf Among Us Remastered during the ID@XBOX x IGN Showcase, culminating in the reveal of Bigby Wolf in his redesigned, full werewolf form and offering another glimpse at what awaits when players return to Fabletown with the launch of the definitive edition of Telltale’s acclaimed choice-driven thriller.
Last week we also revealed the game’s price. The Wolf Among Us Remastered arrives October 29 at $24.99 USD, with launch discounts for new players and further discounts for digital owners of the original game. Full details are available HERE.
Fans got a chance to play the Episode One as a demo during last week’s Steam Next Festival. Rebuilt for modern platforms, Fabletown returns with enhanced environments, improved character fidelity, animation and audio upgrades, alongside new Noir Mode that transforms the acclaimed thriller into a classic -and-white experience. Bonus material includes five fully playable Lost Scenes, an extensive 100+ image art gallery, and more than an hour of behind-the-scenes developer interviews.
Bigby has always had a wolf inside him. The latest trailer finally lets it out. Based on Bill Willingham’s Eisner Award-winning FABLES comic series, The Wolf Among Us Remastered puts players in the shoes of Bigby Wolf, Sheriff of Fabletown, to navigate a mature detective drama as he investigates a murder that threatens to expose a hidden community of fairytale characters secretly living in 1980s Manhattan. What begins as a single crime soon pulls Bigby into a dangerous, city-wide mystery where every choice matters and everyone has something to hide.
With The Wolf Among Us 2 set to continue Bigby Wolf’s story in 2027, The Wolf Among Us Remastered gives longtime fans and newcomers alike the definitive way to return to where the mystery began. The game launches October 29 on PlayStation 5, XBOX One (playable on XBOX Series X|S through backward compatibility), and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The Nintendo Switch version will launch at a later date, with timing to be shared soon. Physical retail editions will follow in early 2027, with additional details to be announced.
